Important Clinical Notice

All cosmetic injectable treatments are medical procedures and are not risk-free.

Treatment outcomes vary between individuals, and results cannot be guaranteed.

A consultation with Dr Liz is required prior to any prescription-based or injectable treatment being undertaken.

Consultation & Booking Fee

To secure your appointment and allocate clinical time, a consultation fee is required:

• Dr Liz Consultation: $100

This fee:

• Confirms your appointment time
• Covers medical assessment and clinical planning
• Is deducted from your treatment cost if you proceed within the valid treatment plan period

Consultation fees are non-refundable for late cancellations, no-shows, or failure to attend.

Client Commitment & Cancellation Policy

Due to high demand and limited clinical availability, the following policy applies:

• More than 48 hours’ notice: no fee applies
• Within 48 hours: 25% of scheduled treatment fee
• Within 24 hours: 50% of scheduled treatment fee
• No-show or same-day cancellation: 100% of treatment fee

By booking, you acknowledge that this policy is a reasonable pre-estimate of loss associated with reserved clinical time.

Booking Confirmation & Communication

To ensure clarity and informed consent, all clients receive:

• SMS confirmation upon booking
• Appointment reminder prior to attendance
• Email containing clinical information, consent forms, and pre-appointment health screening

It is the client’s responsibility to review all pre-appointment materials prior to attendance.

Prescriptions & Regulatory Compliance

All prescription-only treatments (including injectables) require authorisation by Dr Liz.

• Prescriptions are issued only following clinical assessment
• All prescribing is documented in accordance with regulatory requirements
• Prescriptions are valid for 6 months for the same client and same product only
• Any change in product, dosage, or indication requires a new consultation and prescription
• All prescribing activity is subject to ongoing audit and compliance review

No injectable treatment will be administered without valid, current prescription authority.

Medical Right to Refuse Treatment

For patient safety and ethical compliance, Dr Liz reserves the absolute right to:

• Decline treatment
• Modify a proposed treatment plan
• Request additional medical clearance
• Terminate a treatment pathway

This decision is always made in the best interest of clinical safety and patient wellbeing.

Future Availability

Appointment availability may expand in response to demand, including additional session times where appropriate.

Clients will be notified of any updates in advance.

By booking an appointment, you confirm that you:

• Understand cosmetic procedures involve medical risk
• Consent to medical assessment and clinical decision-making by Dr Liz
• Agree to the clinic’s cancellation and booking policies
• Accept that treatment is subject to clinical suitability and approval
